salt, pepper and rosemary or aromatic herbal salt (In Italy we have sea salt mixed with rosemary, garlic, sage, black pepper)
8 T. of olive oil
Instructions
Put the chicken breasts in the milk for 1 hour with aromatics.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F.
Prepare 3 plates: one with breadcrumbs, one with flour and one with the beaten eggs.
In the meantime prepare the baking tray with oven paper and put 4 tablespoons of oil on the tray.
Procedure: place the chicken breast first in the flour, then in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs (always on both sides). Repeat for every chicken breast.
Put the chicken breasts on the baking tray.
Pour remaining olive oil on the chicken breasts and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Transfer the chicken on a serving dish and serve sprinkled with sea salt.
